This is not the way of The Prophet Sallahu Aayhi Wasallam and furthermore, if you're in a non-muslim country, migration is obligatory. Who cares who wins the electon when we can't stay permanently anyway.

Notice that everytime this sheikh is being confronted, he refuses to answer to the brothers asking questions and he's is being rude to them saying that they don't understand. We hear some sound hearted brothers in this video asking for evidences and he can not even provide them with a single one. Wonder why? This sheikh is calling the muslims to shirk by seeking assistance from the disbelievers to become succesfull, instead of trusting Allah ta'aala & avoid the disbelievers as he wants from us.

Since when did it become ok to give fatwa without refering to the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet saws? where is your evidences? if 2 shayateen comes to you, and nobody forced you to go with any of them, who would like to consider which one to go with anyway? how on earth is this common sense? you don't fight kufr with kufr and you don't clean up blood with blood. THAT is common sense OK?

Oh PS If Abu Bakr, the Sahaba and First Khalifa said he can need correction. In islam there is NO sheikh, Mufti, Ayetolla, King or whatever that cannot be corrected. That is the beauty of Islam. There is no Holier than thou NONSENSE. So brothers whether this sheikh or anyone else thinks they have all the power or knowledge in the city, country or world. They too can be corrected as they speak only from their understanding. This is why we are to follow Prophets teaching and not others. Ameen

Lastly The brother who made the comment about the Sahaba using intellect not emotion. This is not true. Intellect Nor Emotion were the deciding factors this as we all know was addressed by the first Khalifah and MOST emotional Sahaba Abu Bakr. The ruling on all matters and decisions MUST be from the Quran and Sunnah if it is from anything else we must correct ourselves. This idea was delivered to the Ummah after the passing of the Prophet SAW. Salam al lekum.

Also to the brother who used the example of Yawthrib. He was invited to arbitrate the goings on in Yawthrib. NOT TO VOTE. Upon successful arbitration many people wanted to know more from this wise Prophet SAW. Not long after MANY people accepted Islam. So he did not hold political rallies. He was invited as a guest who by example was fair and just and this won people over. WIthout EVER compromising Islam. For those who don't know Yawthrib is Medina.

Voting has and will always be in HARAM in non muslim countries NO MAN can change the example of the Prophet SAW. Even look at when the Muslims went to Abyssynia. They did not get involved in the politics of non muslim countries. Also the Prophet SAW refused to be involved in the politics in Mecca when it was Jahil. May Allah guide this broher back to the right path and may he not misguide any more brothers. Ameen.

The both opinions on voting are valid & we accept both opinions as being right.

The issue here WHEN does it become haraam or halaal.

This issue also involves intentions, the current situation and place of where the voting where be held and who are the politicians.

As in the Quran states in many verses being patient is better. This isn't a difficult issue yet it should be left to the people of knowledge and wisdom. InShaAllah

La howla wala quwata illah billah, Astagfirullah! Democracy by their own definition is ruling by the people, for the people, over the people. We have our own Deen and Shariah, by voting for anyone to rule based upon non Islam defeats the purpose of establishing Allah's Deen. Remember what Rasoollallah said to quraish when they offered Him rulership for 1 year, He said 'To you your deen, and to Us our Deen'...

Just be careful, Haitham Al Haddad is a big scholar with immense knowledge and also a Qari/Hafiz.

Whereas, Feiz Muhammed (may Allah perserve and guide him and us all) does not have that same knowledge. Daleleil (islamic evidence) is what Sheikh Haitham is all about while brother Feiz uses too much heart.

All the Sahabas used their intellect rather than their emotion when it came to islamic ruling.

Furthermore, Nabi Muhammed (SAAS) even praised the Christian King of Yathrib when they immigrated their. He praised him on his rule and people. Additionally, the muslim Ummah during Yathrib were immensely involved in the political arena even though it was a Kufr system.

Be a person of evidence and intellect and keep away from the emotional side of islam when it involves governing the Ummah. That is the true Sunnah. May Allah guide us all.
