Well, thanks for the help. I mean, I have actually tried looking, but all efforts to find Good Eats S5E11P2 For Whom the Cheese Melts II have turned up empty. I haven't had this problem with any other Good Eats episode.

Ahhh, ok. After lengthy searching, it turns out that for some crazy reason, part 2 is not available in Europe, even though part 1 is and all other Good Eats episodes have been.

actually funny thing i had a school project in the 2nd grade where you would do reseach on a the founding fathers. Then you would do a speech while dressed up as the founding father in front of a camera telling about the founding father you did research on. Mine was ironically in this case Thomas Jefferson. I think i still have the video recording of it. I actually found it fun and NO!!! there was no emotional scarring. another convenient thing is that the school supplied the costumes.

This episode is misnamed. It's actually "For Whom the Cheese Melts 2", "Use Your Noodle 2" is about stuffed pasta. Thanks for posting.

You're right about that, but strangely the title "Use Your Noodle II" appears in the video (20 seconds into the episode). It must be a typo on Good Eats' part. If you look it up on the Food Network website, it's titled "For whom the Cheese Melts 2".

One of the best episodes ever. I have yet to try the fried mac and cheese though(I'm frightened!)The kid who plays Elton is great too. LTH, once again, you rock!

One of my favorite episodes, and an awesome recipe as well. If you've never tried the fried mac and cheese, it's Excellent! I like to sprinkle a little fresh parmesan cheese on top of it right out of the deep fryer.  Def Good Eats!
