  • Hi Daniel,

    Nice rig...nice driving!! Even the more "unpleasant" jobs are okay when you're camping, don't you agree??

    What kind of delicious regional dish you make that trip...alligator?? Kinda tastes like chicken :>

    Happy camping,

    Evanne

  • THANKS!:)

    One thing I would really like to know is;

    How whould you cook a desert (like a chocolate cake in a RV oven)?

    When RVing, we always have more time to focus on cooking, That their, may explain our love for RVing!

    Love your show!

    and

    KEEP ON RVING!:)

  • Easy...cook the cake or any other desert just like you would in your "at home" oven but be more vigilant about checking for doneness.

    I've found that the temps are irregular so if you need 30 minutes at 350 I'd start checking at 20 minutes. Also, move the pan around a bit to help with even heat distribution. Trader Joes has a killer cornbread mix that turns out beautifully in my RV oven.

    Give it a shot and let me know how it turns out.

    Thanks for lovin' the show and camp on...Evanne

  • Nice U-Turn! Keep on keepin' on ...

  • Thanks! This I'm sure is just one of many U-Turns to come, in our RVing adventurers.
