I'm sure this is a worthwhile alternative to "real trouble" for the teens involved, but it doesn't come close to resembling a "court". If this is what kids are being taught about how the court system works, I'm afraid you're miseducating them--the attorneys asking totally irrelavent questions, the jury questioning the defendant directly, not to mention you have to plead guilty from the get-go. What kind of "trial" is this?
Oh yea, I almost forgot--"confidential" trials?! Read the constitution lately?
