I love Tampa so much. I was born there and now I currently live in Michigan. It's so darn cold here! I wish I could live there again :) I miss it so much and now I have a sudden longing to go back and live or at least visit for a while...dang it.

I wouldn't call Tampa a city since Tampa lacks many amenities big cities like Chicago,San Franciscco,NYC or LA have.on the other hand,Tampa has a lot of ghetto areas with very ugly homes and neighborhoods.its streets are in really bad condition because City of Tampa does not have a good budget to maintain its streets nice and neat.people's attitude is not as pleasant,and 80% out of 100% of its residents smoke including teenagers.people are kind of snob and look away from you.

the thing about Tampa is that there are so many people from up north that live here. not that it's a problem, it just gets SOOOOO annoying hearing them complain about how hot it is here. Iam not trying to be rude or anything, but if its really that terrible, then maybe consider leaving!

@GravesGaming I came to Florida for the first time, and it was only a vacation, and it was really fun, but now second time was a one way trip, we live here now. Visiting is better IMO but i'm not complaining that I live here now, I like it but I enjoyed the vacation much better, so yeah, you should visit, it's fun especially if you have the money to do alot of stuff.

@JBakeTSU It depends what section of Tampa your interested in. We have Westchase, Carollwood, Downtown, Town' N' Country,..... ect. I recommend Downtown though. It has all the hot spots at surprisingly low prices now a days.

LOL, I live in Florida, it really isn't bad. Make sure you go to Central or South Florida, tho. As far as it being humid, yeah, it is, but it's better than having snow and icey roads. I went to college in Georgia for a year and felt like I would freeze before I could transfer.
