Great video! I have this VERY same thing, mixer and all, and I LOVE it! You can use it on vegetables too. Pureed 17 jars of tomatoes with mine yesterday.
@rurmundo It probably needed some fresh lube. Any electric mixer from those years would scream like a banshee if they weren't kept lubed. As those things went, the vintage Sunbeams were probably the least offensive of the lot.
I would love to find a model 3 Mixmaster. I have the model 12C which works like a charm. I also have the coffee grinder attachment...;)
