i found an easy way to get handbrake and gas tank for the sword. first travel to rivet city. Next on the drawbridge (side closest to marketplace) walk off the bridges left side (if you are facing the ship) onto the side of the ship. There should be a set of stairs as you continue along the side. walk up those stairs and near the center of the sky deck there should be a disassembled bike.. there is a gas tank and handbrake next to it. NOTE: I recommend picking the hand brake up first.

trust me its not easy going to the minefield to get this stuff like make sure you have a sniper rifle because there is a sniper man hiding on top of a roof that shoots you and also the mines take a lot of health from you.

Lol yes it is, getting to the minefield isn't particularly hard, as long as you're around level 4 or 5 and have a decent weapon. Just take the less direct route to the sniper guy, picking up the mines as you go (also, watch out for cars, they can explode).

guys theres an easy way to get it if your evil do the quest blood ties from lucy in megaton then continue until u find "The family" kill vance and take his 1 beware of a fight though and u will be hostile to the people in that town on the bridge luck

The map as lines on it like a grid. So you could use that but most people dont. You have to zoom in a bit to see them though.

you can go to teh broken bow in rivit city you need levek 100 lockpick or find teh secret entrance wich is located underwater somewhere in taht broken part of the boat theres a man in a chamber he has a workbanch and i think every part for the shishkebab (note not the schematics)

I think the melee weapons in FO3 are inherently weaker than the distance guns but I do have to say the Shishkabab is the most FUN of the melee weapons.

Did you kill her or did you blow up Megaton?There is a difference.If you blew up Megaton, she survives, just look around the ruins and you will come across her, and she will move to the Underworld and live as a ghoul.If you out right killed her, you can buy the Schematics from Crazy Wolfgang, a traveling merchant.
