Ever since my first visit to the incredible world of Susun Weed in 1990, violets have been an awesome part of my diet. Thanks Susun for this trip down memory lane.
MMMMMM, How delicious!! I'm going outside and gather violets. This honey would cost a fortune if you had to buy it. I figure it will cost me about $5 for a quart jar and I made it myself in about 10 minutes!! Thanks, Susun and Justine.
This gives me hope that spring will come here too. Viotel syrup is one of my favorite herbals to make because of it's beautiful color. Thanks so much for this wonderful video. You are filled with so much joy we all can't help but be happy too.
I discovered some new purple flowers here but they are a deeper purple...too bad we can't add photos to our comments maybe you'd be able to enlighten me on what flower it is. Love this recipe. Thank you.
my goodness monica jean is getting so big! and the honey sounds delicious, hopefully the ones in my yard will pop up soon as the rain stops and the weather warms a bit more!
I love you! Im a big believer in herbal remedies. You are amazing. :) and Monica Jean is adorable!

Susan do you remove the violets after the 6 wk soaking? I'm always abit confused abt plant material and if it needs to be taken out.

I bet this would work well with agave or food-grade glycerin, too. :D
