BEND/PRY THOSE 2 PRONGS (that almost touch) upwards with keys, then the safety comes off easy and you bend them right back down its REALLY fucking easy i do it all the time. just watch out if you wash your hands because if you get the inner ring right there wet it wont spark for like 5 minutes lol. its definitely a buzzkill

actually you can see those two tabs on top in front of the wheel, right? There's a good view at 0:58. just bend those two tabs up with scissors, pull out the safety, and push them back down. Much safer.
