Anyway, i think the ntsc version runs around 17% faster. PAL games have always been running slower all the way from the nes-era up until ps2. They just recently stopped with this shit on the current generation consoles.

@0oo0Al3X0oo0 What plug-in are you using? SoftGPU is just as bad as the standard PSX console using composite input. If your PC can handle it use D3D plug in and set it on "Nice" it should clean up the graphics. If you have a newer video card (2006) then use Open GL2

The GC isnt a bad console at all. A little redundant now with the Wii being backwards compatible with the GC but it was great for its time.
