I have to agree with Pokeween. Jackel wuz replaced by this guy. Chamelan has a similar stratigy to Jackel. Still, you have 2 admit, Chamelan is pretty cute
i havent played NiGHTS Into Dreams but iv seen videos. this guy is like Jackel's replacement copy. y would they try 2 replace Jackel. I mean Charmelan is cute but still Jackel is luved by just about every 1 so y would some 1 want 2 replace him.

It looks like there are bars around some of the question marks that gradually appear and eventually form a full circle around them, like a tmer of sorts. What does that mean, and what happens when the circle fills?

Thats the amount of time left until he makes the cards attack you again. Also, I think that the blue lights emitting from the cards in the background tell where he is. Also, aces aren't bombs. Bombs appear randomly around the area.
So many subtle things about this boss...A lot of people say he's annoying, but he's my favorite because of that. (I have the game now, and I got the A on him on my first try because of what I picked up from this video.)
Chamelan is still my hardest, regardless of what I've picked up. This boss is, despite the hints of where he is hiding, is more about luck than anything else... at least to me. Just like Bomamba, which I was incredibly lucky to get a C on both these bosses.
It is kind of difficult to aim for him but the easiest way I've found is to pay attention to the height of his jumps and stay slightly above where he jumps, when he comes near you dash into him and you can beat him.
Chamelan is like "Let's play hide and seek!!! HEEHEEHEE!"

I must have gotten lucky then. At least I don't have to worry about getting the A-rank on him anymore.
It looks like Bomamba's cat-rolling physics are very broken and the camera angle horrible, form the videos I've seen. Is it true?
(Also, how do you A-rank Girania? I can't ever seem to do it. He gets too small after some time, and I always miss.)

when he gets small enough you don't have to ram into him and destroy the bubbles, touch-grabbing him and launching him will defeat him instantly.

really What I did was as soon as he started to run away I followed his invisible shape then when he stopped in the area looked for a green glowing
