guys Kane is the one who made the decision to take off his mask not WWE or Mr McMahon. He was having burns on his skin because of the heat when he have his mask on. Thats why they made a storyline of him taking his mask off. Dont blame mr mcmahon and others. And like Rey Mysterio too, you can see his mask is just halflike and have space in the back because rey is having burns too just like Kane.

Pretty sure Kane was unmasked at the request of the man himself. He was coming out with a movie and he wanted people to see him unmasked before it came out. I also heard he had breathing problems.
