The phisics behind it is that when you have you r finger ther it creates a in ward whistle through both sides of the finger and if you have your teeth almost closed aswell it helps. which i dont think he explained in the. I think you need to be more descripted on whats going on inside the mouth

i am very pleased that when i breathe in, it sounds like im scratching, but when i do the Tooka tooka thing, it sounds like im actually doing it without any scratching, so it sounds funny with me (Scratching)tooka tooka (scratching)

You breath in with your lungs, just like he says put the finger in front of you mouth leaving a little gap to have a scratching sound and to tooka tooka with your tongue. Keep practicing you'll get the hang of it
