There's nothing wrong with coalition governments.

The UK, Australia and many other nations which follow the parliamentary system often have coalition governments. It's very natural these days.

It's nothing new, it's not illegal and breaks no rules.

If a coalition has more seats than 1 party, so what? At least it'd be a better representation of the country if a coalition won more votes than the Conservatives because the latter don't even represent 40% of the nation.

And Dion knew that, which is why he repeatedly avoided addressing Harper's point. Or at least, I think that's what he was doing; I couldn't really understand him amidst all the clapping and the noise.
