It's a form of animation called stop-motion animation. You should search how to do it on Google cause they'll probably five you a more detailed explanation than I would, but if you are confused feel free to ask me and I'll explain it to ya.

Which effects are you talking about? Usually all the effects I use are in the program I use.

All the deluxe Classic figures are only available at Toys R Us. He's from series 1 and is no longer in stores. Try ebay, but he goes for a lot. They cost about $14.99 at the store.
