I sailed on this ship before retirement. It was amazing. The horn sound. There will always be great memories of this amazing ship. gone but watching over millions of people that sailed it. :o)

Yes, they certainly are airchimes. We wouldn't have it any other way. It's too bad this ship is retired now though, I miss hearing this horn.

Those horns are impossible to really reproduce... no microphone or speaker can capture that bass. Where are the retired C-class being scrapped? Dibs on the horns...

yes, the vancouver has the old classic airchime horns, just like the nanaimos. they both have a different pitch of tune though, and it's always been a tough call for me to decide which one sounds better.
