@vinzbrain The space behind the eyelids is not round. No two eyes are the same in there after surgery so each prosthetic one is custom made to fit as well as for looks. I have the same need she does except mine is on  the right, but mine kept popping out. She has good eyelids, that hold it in; mine do not. Small wonder. I was in an explosion.

When I put mine in, I make sure to close the lid and push on it, that way the eye can "fart." I mean that any air that is captured between the back of the prosthesis and the socket can be squeezed out, lol.
