I've seen so many arrogant and FALSE dismissals of Ambien side effects. If you don't know what you're talking about don't spread false information as if you know what you're talking about. This is a very common occurrence when taking Ambien and it's no where near as bad as it can get.

Ambien doesn't make me sleep, either and when my own natural sleep takes over my dreams are really intense. OK if they're good dreams but often are nightmares and that can really mess you up. But it's the only thing I the dr. will give me.

However, I've had some minor hallucinations and delusions. Sometimes it has also really put me in a very reflective mindset. Bringing out a lot of things artistically.
