I know Mayall's music, from 1964 to 1977, like I know the back of my hand... so, old as it is, this performance is new to me.

And, my, isn't he consistent?

I can hear it as a Cale composition, I can hear Santana doing it, but it sounds like a Mayall tune, now, and forever.
