  • How many reps do you do for each exercise ?

  • @AthleticFeline I usually do these exercises for time instead of reps. Check out my YouTube video titled "Resistance Band Workout Routine (Milo Workout)" for an example.

  • Can I ask how much weight your using, only looks like your using the red band which is 13 lbs, is that enough resistance?

  • @Vpopov81 I used the orange band for this video. The orange band is extremely light for me for most exercises. I use heavier resistance during my actual workouts.

  • Love this workout. Summer is on it's way so why not get outside. Thanks for some new moves that incorporate multiple muscle groups way more efficient.

    Keep the videos coming we all love variety.

  • seems like it's just one "weight" you'r working with all the time tho... Sure seems great for a beginner, but for an advanced bodybuilder it'd prob be alot smoother/better to just get down at the gym. But dam you got alot of exercises there, real nice man!
