Shaqiri grew from 76 to 84 in less than 2 seasons for me, while Wilshere grew to 89. Also, i recommend buying Sörensen from juventus, he is a decent 76 OVR CB, but he grows fast. If you want a nice winger, buy Ryo Miyiachi or Oxlade-Chamberlain from arsenal, their OVR is only 71 and 68, but they will prove useful if you play 4-3-3.

Well I usually simulate career's so I can say how far one player can go. Ogbonna can get up to 88, top defender from F.Torino. Lucas Moura is better then Neymar even though he can get to 90 while Neymar goes to 92, abit more strength and stamina and can really freaking dribble. Pass master is Eriksen, can go to 88. Casemiro can be a good buy, went up to 87 on mine. Hazard is immense!. So I suggest you buy those. Adryan, Piazon, Barkley, Draxler and Bittencourt are cheap good buys also!
