  • Hey Jay, great vids, just gotta question. I noticed you would completely rest the dumbell on the ground, are you using the similar technique of say a box squat?, to unload the kinetic energy in the muscle before exploding up? I hope that made sense. If so, please let me know so I can do them correctly. :)
