  • Cool, project.

  • @VMATT500C Thanks! More progress on this soon.

  • how much did this end up costing you?

  • @metalhead481 The whole thing so far is under 2k, that includes the engine, wheels, frame, all basics, services, new tires and brand new bodywork. I still need a radiator, an exhaust muffler and a wiriing harness.. then paint!

  • did you make your head stay like groutaone's

  • @77toyota Nope, I actually haven't made one yet.

  • i'LL MAKE IT WORK, I DON'T WANNA HEAR NO CRAP! lol :) love that part

  • @sportysplatt Haha! Yeah! You know how someone is always out to shoot you down on online forums. There is always that one troll.... sometimes more than one.

  • @vvtheduckvv Shit man I hella like your build. I'm a damn hillbilly and I loooooooooove putting big ass motors on dinky little things, like blown alky-injected 350 bowties in VW Manxes and stuff.

  • @brapboys503 Thanks man! I love my VWs, too. Hopefully I'll have another someday.

  • @vvtheduckvv I got a little 1971 Datsun PL521 now. I love this truck. Your bike isn't going to be street legal, is it? I thought they don't allow 2 strokes on the road anymore? I might be wrong though. Oh, and maybe in the future, a Honda 350 trike frame with a KTM 550 2-stroke? A foot to a foot and a quarter over swingarm, Fox shocks, probably be pretty dope, eh?

  • @brapboys503 Yep, should be streetable as a custom. Brand new 2-strokes aren't allowed on the streets in the USA, but many states make exceptions for classics and customs.

  • @vvtheduckvv That's way sick. You'll be smoking Ninjas and GSXR's all day! What did you think about my idea?

  • @brapboys503 Sounds like a serious drag bike, I wouldn't extend swingarm for street though, lol :)

  • I guess all together is anyways less expensive then but a bike in a bike shop ...

  • @MagicCadillac I definately saved money on this. If I had it all spec'd and built by someone else and paid regular retain prices it would probably be $12k-$15k or more by the time I was done.

  • @dmaheryfz450 Not really, but yeah! Dubbed audio and all. :)

  • @dmaheryfz450 Mmmmmmmyep! This afternoon I got the ZX10 shock fitted properly with an adapter I made. Next video coming up shortly! :)

  • @dmaheryfz450 I did! Igot a used ZX10 shock for $35. I don't want a CR250 shock though because it will be all wrong for street, too long and too mushy. Having the shock converted is EXPENSIVE. I'll take the sportbike part instead which is already set up for street and adapt it to fit. Weeee!

  • @dmaheryfz450 I can't wait! LOL! Bring-ba-ding-ding-ding... BRAAAAAAAAHP!

  • I like this project...cant wait to see it in action.

  • @GatheringSticks Thanks, and thanks for subscribing! I'm out in the garage right now working on it.

  • geeez it did come with a lot. nice find then.

  • Why was that engine so expensive? Great build though!

  • @Parthurs Well it really wasn't when you consider the $150 shipping in that cost, it also came with the carb, all electrics, shifter, new chain and front sprocket. Even if it was expensive I made up for the cost elsewhere in savings on the other parts! :)

  • wow that's ganna look sick!

  • @77toyota Thanks, I am excited! YAY!

  • @dmaheryfz450 Thanks! It was my design but all credit for the actual work goes to Adam of Booth Machine here in Pensacola!

I can't wait to ride the first wheelie!
