  • imma put mine in the living room

  • it a cobra engine nuff said everyone want american muscle engines!

  • yeah he is legend..

  • This man is simply legendary.

  • he;s wearing a GUMBALL3000 shirt! get on m8!

  • It's as warm and dry as the house cos it is the house...

  • he just cut a part of his house

  • why take the car apart when you can take a house apart easier.

  • wtf??? an amway commercial??? WTF??

  • I bet it would have fit out the door sideways

  • @TheToyakwaiNZ not likely.

  • so does anybody know what happened after? I mean can we see the actual car running/racing somewhere? I would be really interested in seeing that!

  • whats does his mrs have to say about that

  • What is the name of that song that is played for the first 30 seconds?

  • Give any man an obsession, give him time and watch how something cool/crazy goes off and end up as perfection!

  • "I'll turn the gas off at the main" <3

  • which season and episode is this?

  • He seems really nice

  • i know him, hes actualy a nice bloke....

a bit mental/different but you can probably work that out for your self....

and hes still got the car! its got a lotus body on it now....

  • @Rhomzilla I've seen this video before, and was wondering what the car looked like now.

And is that a GM V-8 on there?

  • @hardtackjack ford cobra v8

  • @hardtackjack ford cobra v8 its actually written on the valve covers

  • @nicholirage Haha I know I realized that after I sent the message. That's a pretty sweet engine.

  • @hardtackjack i couldnt imagine driving anything with that engine, a seat, and some tires. suicide on wheels

  • @Rhomzilla Do he still have the Ford Sierra?

  • ladies>cars for me

  • It's OK love, it's just a wall'

  • 'Don't worry love, it's just the wall'

  • NOW THAT IS A BLOKE

  • gumball t-shirt ftw

  • british redneck

  • you take out a second mortgage on the house and then drop the clutch... The car is worth more by that point easy...

  • wow! i did bikes in my apt....this takes the cake!

  • i'd have kept the wife.

  • Ford V8 :)

  • 0:01

  • I think he's a little messed up

  • Maybe he has o.c.d.

  • @osvaldo2k5

    Not nice...

  • I first thought that this car was slow and shitty, but when i saw something, that resembled a V8 engine, then i started thinking otherwise.Looks very much like a small block engine.

  • @Henzzman so wut, if its not a v8, its not fast? wut kind of logic is that lmao.... its an engine on a frame, a hayabusa 1300cc engine would make that thing go like a mofo.... be realistic..... i get annoyed when people assume a V8 is just something different and faster than any engine, but what people need to start to realize is, its just a term for block layout... thats it lol, plenty of 4 or 6 cyl engines will eat v8's

  • @enigmaPL Yes there are engines, that can take on a v8 and vice versa, but V8 is usually the top choice for drag racing, which was the thing, that this particular car was built for.

  • w8 w8 w8 this car was on gumball 3000

  • "Pretty good working conditions really. Its as warm as the house, cos it is the house"

    Joker

  • I hope David Milliband see's this film clip.......

  • Comment removed

  • This is the kind of thing that brings a chill to the governments spine, they

don't want a car to be seen as anything other than a A to B mode of transport.

To see a car as anything other than their idea, is becoming a guilty pleasure.

And for this reason this guy is a hero, and the many thousands more like him....

  • What happend to this car and the builder?

  • hopefully the wife wont mind

  • it's warm and dry as the house... cause it is the house

  • i remember when they did the kit car episode and jeremy says when you buy it in pieces you're gonna be worse off as the wife will surely leave you for the milkman my dad pissed himself as that had happened to a friend of his

  • why he has the car in his living room?

  • @GeorgeChucher you stupid ass... watch the fucking video

  • where is the radiator ?

  • the engine is a ford 351 i think or a 302, mostlikley, but it may just be any small block ford IDK what is avalibal in the UK.

(PS spell check not working on my part)

  • @JulianEckstein its a cobra v8 it said cobra right on the block

  • this guy should be encouraged. great guy

  • Pretty simple this is. . . .He was always gonna be changing his window for a patio or french doors. You can tell because most of the window was taken out, except for the head (To keep the lintel / brickwork from upsetting).

  • shut up bruv

  • they could have just put the car on the side then slid it out

  • im up for that

  • hahaha

    love the hp sauce shot.

  • yes yes yes no no yes yes lol!

  • "There was but unlike the car the wife did fit through the door quite nicely." Classic!!!!!

  • Ok now my life sucks because nothing will impresse me more than this

  • i fucking like this guy

  • wait a sec. there was no radiator, just the crome fitting for a radiator hose on the block. how does he plan to sort that out? or is it just not added yet?

  • @americantorino thermostats stay closed and circulate engine coolant within the block itself, this is in case the weather temperature outside the engine is much colder than optimal running temperature of the engine. when its hotter the thermostat opens and flows coolant through the radiator.

i bet there is still more work to be done when they filmed this.

  • haha see hamonds face wen he was blowing something sounding lyk fart

  • lols

    man blows car

  • Richard was really pissing him self wasnt he ? xD hahhaaha priceless

you got a cattle full of water there ?

  • What happend to the car after the video

  • My Hero,

    I moan about my 14 x 40 garage

Here's a bloke , probably got not too much cash... yet he's 100% dedicated to his dream.

I love it, Best of luck mate!

  • Hammond ! Mug is empty ! ! !

  • "the wife did fit through the door" haha

  • quite nicely i might add.

  • wow, and i thought i was to comfy in my garage :D

  • i never built a car in my kitchen but i did build a motorcycle in my diningroom!

  • did the handle bars fit through the door?

  • after a little shimming and twisting, yes!

    thank god!!

  • I restore everything in the dining room and MY wife hasn't left...yet...the fact that she usually helps is probably a good indication that she wont.

  • i'm still married also!!! p.s. gotta love Primus!!

  • hahaa the wife did fit through the door haha

  • You didn't watch the whole video, did you? :)

He did get it out, by cutting away a non structural part of the wall, laying some ramps, and rolling it out.

  • Hmm, perhaps you should watch the video before commenting.

  • LOOOOOOOOOOOOL he DESTROYED HIS HOME

  • When he races it on a track someone might rob his furnitures.

  • When l was restoring a 1971 BMW RS1000 motorcycle couldn't get it through the doorway of the garden shed afterwards. Had to remove the handlebars, or knock the doorframe out.

    3 yrs work.

Lended it to my brother for a one day.

And what do you know ?

    He crashed it !

4 broken ribs and a broken arm.

    Served him right.

  • did he crash because you restored it?

  • No.

The bike was MOT-ed and completely roadworthy.

He crashed because he was tearing through a bend with 70 mph on a mud & manure soiled country road and admitted immedeately afterwards that it was completely his fault.

Had the road not been soiled nothing would have happened.

Anyway it's been 8 yrs since and my brother is a very nice guy, who likes bikes and cars just as much as l do.

  • Space - Neighbourhood :) thts the name of the song
