Sakuretsu sucks....plain and simple, Dimension Prison is better.... but you are right, Scrap-Iron 2 - 3 is good for this deck type. Also one Swords of Revealing Light

The monster line-up is actually pretty good in his deck, I also use a Harden Armed for my Obelisk deck, but I use Zombie line-up for a swarm to use my Obelisk faster and easier. Also, LaDD is a PERFECT card for any deck, so his deck is pretty good. However, I recommend Mausoleum for Monarchs to save tributes.

Hardened Armed with Obelisk really is amazing. Almost all the effects that get around Hardened Armed's protection are negated by Obelisk's own effect.

Treacherous is a nice surprise card. Vanity also a good choice. A random Zaborg can take your opponent off guard too; plus it fuels Chaos. Another card that works very well in this type of deck is Plague. Easier to sync into 8's, and adds yet another card that can help summon out Gachi Gachi, LaDD, and Obelisk. An unsuspected tech is Creature Swap. Between Treeborn, Ronin, Swap, and Fader, you have plenty of targets. With Plague it could get real fun. Take theirs, kill PSZ, SS PSZ, sync.

@SmaugUKA yea i love ur ideas, but the issue is the space, adding plague or creature swap would be nice, but at the moment i dont see wat to take out for those cards...but vanity's fiend and zaborg are defintely goin into the side

@NoelTheDivineOne Well, you got a few choices then. Either run a 42 card deck with Plague and a Creature Swap. You could go 41 with only Plague. You could also drop either a Duality or Allure and plug one of the 2 in, and it'll still be 40, or add both and you're at 41. Personally I build all my decks at 42 just to have 2 more tech slots. I don't see much of a change at all in consistancy between 40 and 42. Lastly, you could main Plague, and side in Creature Swap(s)

@NoelTheDivineOne The reason why I said a Duality is that throughout my playtesting with decks, unless the deck is 100% combo (or very combo intensive), and doesn't SS that often 3 Dualties work nicely. I personally get Duality clumping @3. Yes it searches your pieces, but there are times where that lack of SS hurts big time. Skilled players like yourself will use them at the correct times, but I'd rather just play 2 Duality and have a chance to draw into something proactive against my opponent

It would really come down to what situation you're in, but if you could stall for the hardened armed that would be ideal

@rhnisker yea PyroTakun answered it well, just the fastest and smartest way u can push for game is ideal, even a regualr obelisk is very hard to get over, espically if u can get out a Ladd also

You could also run Scapegoat. they cant be tributed for tribute summon however obelisk says normal summon of this card requires 3 tributes.
