Nope. It's an irrational number. Like the guy said it can be rounded off to 3.14 for convenience and it's a very good approximation. Nobody knows then whole value of pi (the last decimal place). Only Chuck Norris knows the value of pi. He can also divide by 0 and take the square root of a negative number.
