@AirsoftGuy1123 All spring assisted blades are legal across the united states. This is spring assisted, not an automatic knife.

Dude ive been doing research and the law gets funky so i think either of u might be right however ive been reading about blades being no longer then 2 inches. ALL OVER so idk . Its hard to clarify

Umm dude those are illegal in California. As defined in penal code number 652k it states the the legal length of a spring assisted knife and all other knives except gravity, daggers, or switchblades, are required to have a blade length of 4 inches. The knife that you have there is illegal to carry in california.
