Yeah it does look really great. The other two directors are really good and very much have that unique vision of things like Gondry. Leos Carax's movies are pretty underground. Same goes for Joon-ho Bong. But they look very promising in their segments.

Wouldn't it like... really be illegal to "swede" a movie? I mean, if you were to post it on Youtube that is. Me and my friends (my friends and I) were gonna swede some movies... but can we and not get stuck with like a big fine from some big film industry for using their ideas and posting it on Youtube? I am not a lawyer, and this is not legal advice. With that caveat:
US Copyright Law has a "parody clause" that protects you under certain circumstances. The court can find your work to be "satire" instead of "parody", and satire isn't protected.
Also, paraphrasing is less problematic than quoting, which is less risky than using video or audio clips from the movie. Do it all yourself, and the danger is minimal.

Not particularly, no. There aren't any rules. Sweders are called upon to use their resources imaginatively out of necessity, not some self-imposed set of limitations.
