Let's then suppose she DOES have an STD, which hasn't been picked up at a doc's or treated because of the fake papers. Let's then suppose she transmits this to a customer. She could get sued and put into all kinds of trouble because she lied. The government could then order a STD test and order the results be submitted to the courts as evidence. No prostitute in his or her right mind would want to risk it.
