Oh, and one more thing I noted...whenever you raise the left eyebrow it makes your right eyelid muscle low just a bit so eyes tend to appear uneven on camera. You've got this sincerity and on air confidence. When you looked down before the interview rolled, it would have been a good time for the director to add a second or two of preroll before audio and then cut from you to the tape. Would have made it just a bit tighter to the viewers. Good luck and God Bless you.
Hey Brandon, good job overall. May I mention only one thing, watch your video and try to control the eyebrows on camera. A good, network bound talent like yourself (for sure!) or even field reporter should appear emotionally neutral so as not to effect viewer's attention to the story. You'll have to practice with a camcorder to get it under your control. Let us know when you get your first story on CNN and what it feels like. Success to you, bro! Good job otherwise.
