I wouldn't say "super good". He doesn't even put his foot down properly. A good pitcher won't open his stance until after his rear leg leaves the ground, so that he doesn't lose the momentum. And the shoulder action is pretty good, but he isn't following through (possibly because he opens too early). When the pitch is over, his rear leg should just barely be catching his weight, like he is falling forward. His full body should snap forward at home plate and get him as close as possible.

i've been pitching for the last 11 years of my life....1) he can be tall for 10, at that age i was 5-9, 2) Mechanics here stink, no stride, his step back is a little too exaggerated, and he doesnt tuck his glove which allows for no torque...follow thru is pretty shaky too, 3) I'm not sure what pitch he's throwing here, but he's short arming it, 4) From what i've seen in release point and body torque combined with push off and arm angle, he has no kick on his fastball

Short arm, as in, not reach back all the way, going all elbow. He'll hurt is arm in the next couple years if he doesn't take the strain off the elbow.

Balance, Lincecum has balance, watch his back leg when he breaks his hands. He could sit there til his leg gives out from fatigue. Lincecum has an unusual delivery, but his lower body strength and whip action provide him the speed to deliver a fast pitch while limiting strain.

He has a short stride, your hands shouldn't break till your front foot is touching or very near the ground, your stride should be length of your body his was maybe 60%, he doesn't hide the ball your glove should be up in the air as well as the ball masking your pitch grip, your elbows and shoulders should be in a straight line, his front arm is down,.He should do some mechanics drills if you do everything i said he'd increase around 10-15 mph. BTW i'm only 13 and throw 78 mph
