@MultiTrollHunter whats your weight/bf % and its a box not a gym. he is also very tall that is why he is called big mike. His fitness is probably beyond yours. power cleaning and pressing 135lbs in 90 seconds.
@CxOxLxE Considering I train 9 times a week i doubt he is fitter than me. His power clean and press is half the weight i snatch multiple times a session. Crossfit is the retarded brother of Olympic Weightlifting.
@MultiTrollHunter oh forgot to say it was 30 of them, and he probably trains 4-6 and you don't have to train 9 times a week to get fit 3 is just fine. CrossFit helps hundred of thousands of people get fit and lose weight, not retarded just different. and i am guessing that is your max? his could be close to there but then again he doesn't train to get 1 rep maxes on lifts.
@CxOxLxE You're actually suggesting Crossfit should even be mentioned in the same breath as Oly Lifting? Come on man, crossfit is for middle aged women and guys who were crap at other sports. Crossfit is a laughing stock in any serious gym or training facility. It's nothing more than a fad. Also, i don't manage a PB snatch multiple times a session so no, it isn't my max.
@MultiTrollHunter CrossFit is awesome i love it and its not just for middle aged men and women. i am 16 and do it and i am very successful in my sport (baseball) i am a pitcher haven't lost a game in 3 years and play for one of the best high school programs in my state. one of my trainers she was a D1 gymnast for Michigan, also many powerlifters/football players/etc use crossfit for some of their training and go to it after there sport career is over.
