Looks like a spin out. He begins to turn a bit to the left to follow the slight bend in the road, but loses traction and then begins to spin out while still in the lane. Then he ends up drifting to the left and happens to be lucky enough to stop in that on ramp, and when no other vehicles are oncoming. Anything else and he'd be seriously screwed up. :P
