My neighbor kids 11,10,and 9 recorded police tasing and arresting me for the 911 call they made and LIED to the police saying I had banged on their door and disconnected their cameras and yet the cameras are rolling when the officer arrives but he testified originally he witnessed it????? It was also my very first times to go to jail because when my lazy lawyer did not subpoena my Dr I was not allowed to even being disabled.

And Illinois is one of the only states left without a concealed-carry law, which means having any type of concealed weapon is illegal.

It's not "eavesdropping" if the cops are aware they're being recorded. And, a police station is a public building. Too many cops and prosecuters forget they are public employees in public facilities.

This is happening all over. My 70-year old friend was descended upon by a SWAT team, H$U$, and ARC (animal rights control) and the Portland TN police. They were there on a first time only complaint by a disgruntled part time worker. They even had a Porta-Potty with them. My friend (Lasandra Walter), was not allowed to take pictures and her computer, digital camera and records were taken along with her precious birds - the only source of income. Pictures by ARC were framed and staged.

I was at a store 2 days ago and saw two sheriffs get out of an unmarked crown vic wearing camo with SWAT printed on their clothing...I have lived here for many years and have never seen law enforcement dressed in military style clothing. The bad part is they think they are being patriotic and serving their country. Glik v. Cunniffe August 26, 2011 ruling states that it is EVERY U.S. Citizens right to record public officials (including police) in public areas, this case is now in violation of civil rights as affirmed by said ruling, so the state of Ill. is stating they are above already established law (reaffirmed by the first appellate court in Boston Mass). This will only further help the case in my opinion.

And the worst part is that in 2006 96 percent of police abuse cases that were referred for prosecution were declined by prosecutors. I don't know what that percent is now but I imagine it's the same or higher. The whole system is rigged and needs an overhaul.
