thats how it was with my ball python. She was from petco, very underweight, and had scale rot, and was pretty aggressive at first. 8 months later she's 100% recovered and very sweet :)

We need more people like you in the world! This just proves, just because you get an animal from a pet store doesn't mean it is healthy. It's so sad how this snake was neglected... looks like she is in an absolute wonderful home now :)

important to know that is now a true red tail it is a coomon columbian boa constrictor. Bci not BCC. Red tail gets thrown around too much!!

Its a BCI not a true red tail because its a het hypomelanistic comon boa or salmon boa> Im trying to get a hypomelanistic or super salmon boa and trying to breed them.

Yeah check out my hypo Aphrodite i got on video. Also Hypo is a dominant gene and there is no het form they either show the trait or not. However there is a supersalmon form that when bred to anything still gives 100% hypos!!!
