If anybody would like to experience God-Consciousness I recommend that you search for a saint or guru who can teach you the Light and Sound meditation or Surat Shabd Yoga. He or she must make you as his or her disciple and then you will be given all the charged names of different gods for you to repeat during the meditation. The charged names I cannot tell you of course.

This speech is so true. One time I focused on the words of Lord Rama's pastimes wen at a temple.. and i focused on Lord Krishna's form alone... for 2 hours if not just under that.. and then after i left the temple.. i felt fully intelligent. Like my mind was not there, just my senses and intellect and consciousness of my being.
