Have you seen other videos of Alla Kushnir? This might not be the best one to judge her by. She has amazing abdominal muscle control. I know she is Ukrainian, but if she is dancing in the Russian style she will have much more dramatic movements.
I love this song the dancer was, ehh to put nicely too hectic of a dancer. She can move very well, she just pops her chest waay too much and her movements feel rushed.

I noticed that she moves to quickly too at times, but I notice a lot of dancers pop their chest and that is a no no especially by my teacher lol
