@trainlinezoo seems like it would speed up the process a lot with a variable electric speed drill. and it seems like it would give a lot of people a lot less tennis elbow.I really would like one of these for myself one day as i would love to make spaghetti sauce.

they need to make the crank a two piece that way you can either hand crank it or attach your electric drill
