Nah it's just the way to approach that specific corner. Ideally you want to stay far on the right a bit longer. If you enter the corner too early/fast, this might happen : watch?v=YZb7sbRFCF0
That's correct, because you can't drive full laps during touristsessions, we use "BTG" (bridge to gantry or, bridge to gate) You start timing your lap while passing the bridge (right where the vid starts) and the timer stops @ 9:08, you can see the gantry/gate there.

Should be easy with your B18 :) Plus the track is quite a bit faster these days, many sectors have been improved with new/smooth blacktop.
