@b3achch1ck96 Alright, this was only a gameplay vid they created during the earlier phase of creating "The Calling" As is obvious, is this trial chapter like the whole first area in the game, combined in one room. Btw, the grabby hand actually appears in the same area but only when you return with Rin AND it's not under the bed... jus' saying ;)

Play this game in the dark, standing up, with headphones. I've been playing all kinds of horror games like that since I was 12.

This game scared me more than all of those together. Best way to explain it is this:

80% uncomfortable feeling, 20% frightening. It balances scripted and random events so well that they never get old and you never feel safe or comfortable. Not to mention more based on exploring with nice little mechanics.

Trust me, this is a MUST PLAY if you love horror games!

I've recently played this game with my boyfriend. I don't think this game gets enough praise! Me, I'm terrified of my own shadow, so you can just imagine what this did to me. Even now I find my eyes playing tricks on me. The very first time we switched the game off, we had a message from Hudson, showing Shin's head inside the Kuroneko doll... that was something new and unexpected.

Graphics, atmosphere, are great. Gameplay interaction is fine. the story as it developes seems like playing in a movie I liked that a lot. but those fucking voice actors... they almost killed the game. another con, is that the game needs more scares. It is very similar to a wii horror game called Ju-on the grudge haunted house simulator. abandoned hospital level, but teh ju-on game is scarier after playing it i got all paranoid, didnt wanna go fo ra soda downstairs int eh dark. all in all 6/10

Most of the times you're just searching for things that will help you advance in the levels... but no ghosts... like that hand under the bed was fucking scary if somethin like that would of happened in the game i would've shit my pants but it never happened. Also, the english voiceovers suck. when the female ghosts are moaning they sound like they are fucking. And a character called shin his scared voice was such bad acting my god! the voices didnt help to get into the game. graphics are great
