I think you're taking it a little too seriously, everyone likes different things, art, music, literature etc etc - you can rip everything apart if you really want to. This is a live show with several bands, some waiting for backstage but when there is master like Byrne playing, they join the audience.

Good TV show : always great musicians in it.

We don't have lot of live show in France. This is the best.
