Have to say that your coffee art looks good however,

1. The coffee is called la-te not la-te-ar

2. latte goes in a glass not a cup

3. the espresso shot was not perfect, because at the beginning it didnt comes through as one line, rather it comes in drops

this is a great demo for people just starting to learn. After watching this just search latte art, and watch tonnes of videos on people pouring.. you'll start to understand how the milk and the crema interact with each other depending on where you pour from :) I have videos up but so do a lot of other baristas so watch lots of vids and you'll figure it out soon enough.. that's how I got into it.
