yummmm! this was a wonderful stroganoff! to those who are wondering how it will turn out without flour, it was fine. I did have to reduce the liquid a little, but it was really fine. Also next time I'll cut the sour cream a little because I didn't serve mine with noodles or anything. but this was really wonderful, one of the best low carb meals I've made. thank you for your wonderful videos!!!
