  • Wonderfull Adidas :) Like the machine here !

  • Excellent!

  • it would of been cool if u were able of processing the jomox output with the moogs filter... even so, great sound!! and nice performance!! analog magic!!

  • HEAVY SHIT.. wow. SuperInsaneAnalogFunnyCreativeTalentAdidasGuy

  • I used to go to School using the same adidas ... but black :-) hehe Nice toys, btw.

  • Uncle Rico :D

  • Who pays you for what u do? Do you sell your music online or in stores?

  • @tylus17 I don´t sell, I only buy!

  • He's sponsored by Adidas... or owns Adidas orzame.

  • @tylus17 Music is not for sale, for share better ;)

  • $10k in 3 instruments

  • ultra space ....... :-)

  • I think he looks a lot like Robert Downey Jr.

The setup is awesome and so is the music! I wish I had a track suit like that :(

  • is he cerrone reimagined? the tracks not bad at all.

  • is he cerrone reincarnated? the tracks not bad at all.

  • YOU SHOULD MAKE A BAND...

  • YOU SHOULD MAKE A BAND...

  • You DJs are geniuses. Amazing timing, coordination and feel. You make it look easy. I'm grooving to the track :)

  • @marcopolo2001 Thanks, although I am really no DJ, I don´t have one single record.

  • @instantknut this means you are not a producer, you can still be a DJ without producing. This video isn't DJing anyway its a live performance, which pretty much makes you a producer... lol

    Good work anyway :)

  • @instantknut Why not :( You are super creative!

  • @instantknut hahahah :))

  • @marcopolo2001 He's not typical of what's circulating out here on YouTube. He's actually mucho musicalissimo majestico.

  • @nightskytube - Yes, I think his talent was obvious. I'm a fan, and retro is uber cool.

  • Catchy synth line.

  • Briliant sound, very good. What you used for reverb or delay moog sound?

  • @mbondthebest thanks, effects are nothing special: Logic standard delay and spacedesigner.

  • your the royal tenenbaum's lost son!!

  • lol had to laugh on that one... in a good way of course.. :) great vid bud.

  • Yeah, Helge Schneider rocks!!!

  • johnny depps brother is rockin out! great stuff..

  • @eatshrots Hey thats cool if you don´t think about Arnie, Johnnys retarded brother in "What's Eating Gilbert Grape"

  • @instantknut hahaha...no no...not Arnie =P

  • I actually don't remember, it's been a while. I'll check it out, thanks for the tip!

  • 118 118 lol

  • Have you managed to trigger the Voyager from the Jomox such that two consecutive steps both fire the envelope? My Voyager has trouble seeing two adjacent notes as separate, if the note off from the previous note is very close to the note on on the following note.

  • @kimjohnsson Hm, I never had issues with that. Did you check the Trigger Modes in the EDIT menu? This might have something to do with it.

  • What are you wearing!? Help!

  • FFFAAAATTTT :D

  • wow man this is really catchy

  • mwoab mwoab mwoab .. nice moog bass

  • and a red adidas suite. hahha

    Rhythmicons

  • J.M.J.= stands for Jam Master Jay or Jean-Michel Jarre??

    ;D nice grooves

  • deep blue eeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :) love it and love the moog

  • Yeah, flowin beat, great machines and your oldschool style...

    Great!!!

  • great sound, did you just trigger the sounds of the moog or do you also filter the drumsounds with it? that would be possible, or not?

  • The Voyager can filter any external audiosignal, but I didn`t do in this track.

  • FANTASTIC

  • I'm diggin' the whitewash!

  • The suit is a nice touch. Good job!

  • what are you talking about? this is what he use daily to buy bread :P, just kidding, really good video, great sounds

  • Actually, this is true ...

  • oh wow! man u got da style :)

  • hey im gettin a voyager soon and wanted the exact clours you have, is it ordered straight from moog? cos i know you can select your colours and lighting

  • It is a Voyager "Whitewash" with Lunar Lights from the Select Series. Some people call it "The Siegfried and Roy Edition".

  • @osheatagteam WAIT WHAT? SO IF I WANTED ALL BLACK AND GREEN LIGHTS I COULD?

  • @osheatagteam There's a Moog Voyager 3.3 like this for sale at the moment in Ventnor, London UK. The ad is on Gumtree and it costs £1,250. There's also a bag included to carry it in. (Although you might have already bought one now, I thought to tell you just in case).

  • ahahhahh.....geil!!!! ;)))

  • Listened to it again. The groove starts just as :46 is changing to :47 and goes for 4 bars. That bassline is hot. You could build the whole song around that sick ass 4-bar loop. For the res of it, I am listening to it and enjoying it; but for those 4 bars I am compelled to move.

  • No, I have perfect pitch, so I can just hear the notes.

  • The groove you have from about :46 to about 1:35 is dope. Kind of makes me think of Chicago House. I like the whole thing, but that section was the pocket. Especially the little step down from F to E to D and then back to A. You could have made a whole song around that groove.

  • Wow, thank you very much. You seem to have a deeper knowledge for music analysis. I never would be able to find out which chords a used in a track!

  • lil question how did yo sequenced the minimoog? don't see a laptop on the screen :)

  • Hi warakies, no Computer involved. The Sequences came out from the Jomox drummaschine. It has a built in Sequencer for 3 programmable external MIDI tracks and a whopping memory of up to 32 notes for every track :)

  • nice performance

  • You remind me of Robert Downey jr with some of your facial expression.;) Nice setup! cheers

  • I can live with this comparison, I like him a lot :) Has anybody seen Tropic Thunder ?!

  • Seen, although youre not black :D

  • this is a song about life, makes me think of gee I don't know whatever man

  • man this is what I call head banger.. had my neck bouncing back and foward like a jackhammer lol siting on my couch almost jumped and started to dance.. sweet sounds.. simple but way contagious.. lol greetings \o/

  • Hi jomarcavalcanti, thank you for your comment. I really had to lol. It would be useful for a MC Hammer style Rap Rhyme!

  • If you lived in the uk you'd be what we call a "chav" and the white washed moog, which to be fair is very tasty, fits the image perfectly. Have fun! :-)

  • Thanks, I tried to wear the voyager on a gold chain around my neck. Fail. It's to heavy ...

  • Anyway.. its very very cool!!!

  • hey knut, show us some more, ähh ich meine mehr videos plz :D nur 2 videos auf deinem account, da geht doch mehr!

  • Lotta gear, not much on the performance end though.

  • You mean too much money but no talent? Sometimes Life is unfair!

  • Hey I could send you a black adidas suit with white stripes from USA! What size is it Med. or Lrg.?

  • your gear compliments your gear

  • the jomox is such a beast, really! moog and dsi poly are also super seet machines. well done! btw: what is the red machine on top?

  • thanks! The red machine is a clavia nordlead2.

  • love the clothes lol dope. love the gear even more

  • Die Geräte sind echt fett, aber der Typ ist der Überknaller!!! ;)

  • Der Moog und die Drummachine sind cool, aber der Adidas-Anzug übertrifft alles! ;)

  • Very nice bro!!

  • m00g loves adidas!!!!haha....

  • nice gear, i wish i could have some of those amazing toys...

  • Guten Tag!

    THe Whitewash Lunar is Mad.

    Moog Lives

    Rhythmicons

  • dude look at what your wearing, rocking that shit old school..

    respect

  • Dude, sick demo. And you look like you're straight from the 80s, i freakin love it!

  • great job, i love how clean sounding the moog is, im intrested in how u got it in white iv only seen it in black?

  • It is a select series moog whitewash/lunar. I ordered it customized from my local dealer in Berlin.

  • nice!!!

  • You get respect for just for wearing the Adidas jump suit.

  • Great song...and jumpsuit

  • I've wanted a drum machine so badly, but I didn't feel comfortable buying old Roland ones from eBay.

Is the XBASE 888 simple and robust like older analog drum machines?

(I also have a Nord Lead 2X, and a Moog Voyager Old School)

  • Hi Jrayk1, the basic functionality is very easy, but things like the pattern mode where you can assign all settings and instruments per step(!) are a bit confusing. Song Mode is unususable. The machine has also some bugs and missing features. The biggest problem is the missing midi implementation for pattern change. The build quality is good, and also the sound. Did'nt regret it so far.

  • I've got a 888 if anyone is interested in buying, it's mint.

  • you have da beat.

  • Great stuff! I am thinking of buying the jomox 888.

  • I'm loving it, the red clavia, the white moog, the red and white adidas suit, everything ;-)

  • Thanks Martin, I have some other synths too, but no other suits :)
