When you have 500 subs. we will have to have a party! As usual I think the video was great. I had seen the grater the other day on Maangchi's ginger cookie vid, and now I want one too. I bet the gyuu would be good with a nice hot bowl of rice. Maybe a little wasabi too? I will have to try it after Christmas. I will have to go to St. louis looking for another Asian Grocery then.
