  • @TheBallKeeper So dont agree mabey were youre from but were im from cheerleaders have lives they are the ones who always in a fight with some one and plus if theres no cheerleaders than our basket ball team wouldnt play a game idk why but they wont { am a cheerleader }

    I would suggest holding wrists for a more stable basket. I also have my back spots help load, then go under the basket instead of under the flyers rear. This way, the back can't push the flyer out of the stunt. Also, this way the flyer HAS to stand up on her own instead of being "pushed" up by her butt.

    If you need a front spot, have them do the same thing: push from under the basket and then step aside to help catch the flyers legs.

  • it depends on your level, if your level 1, you cannot basket toss or rick losing alot of points for an illeagle stunt. level 2 it is allowed, but only straight ride, level 3 you can start doing toe touches or pike for example

    we learned to hold our wirstes and eacch others near the ball , and not suppose to keep our arms bent, cause if there bent then your not going to be able to get your climber high up in the air when you throw her up.

  • when i was first flying i used to be pushed up on the butt to give me more confidence then the backspot helped the side and main bases

  • everything was pretty useful to me. her hand placement on the arms for the bases is wrong. if you are basing a basket toss you hands should be on the wrists instead of farther up the arm.

  • No for some reason thats how we were taught and we get more power that way. And if we put our whole foot on their knuckles they complain cuz of it hurting even if I hold my weight.

  • it is going to hurt your bases but if they are strong bases they shouldn't complain about it they should just do it. Tell them that your sorry but you are putting most of your weight on their knuckles of course its going to hurt your even wearing shoes with grip but for them to stop being a sissy and to act like a true cheerleader and take the pain. IF YOU CAN'T TAKE THE PAIN DON'T DO THE GAME! Im a flyer and ive been dropped soooo many times but i still do the stunts even though the fell hurt
