I say that I have in team top 11 every one 90+ who are playing and reserve have 85-90 skill...... only think what I do is get one team and play with him 15 seasons... send scout to africa or some others country and search for ATT because they have the good price.... and keaping them for a 1-2or 3 seasons thepend on player....... sorry about my english :)

It works but only for the first few seasons, when the original players grow old, their value decreases, and if you dont have enough income from your stadium etc, you will end up in debt due to the high WAGES!. So not a tactic for NOOBS! haha

You should have said, "when you get rich, buy a good, young player around 88 overal, offer a pretty good transfer free. If you get him, he might be a 90.
