A tip against all cammy fighters - you can block nearly all attacks against cammy just by crouch blocking, she has to jump at your which gives Blanka alot of oppotunitys as he has excellent air coverage, Blanka should always be crouching and charging if your not closing in on them as he has the smallest hitboxes whilst crouching and most people will not be able to grab him in this state.

Cammy's EX Hooligan Combination (cannonball) goes across the screen, can transfer into a grab but not if the guy is crouching, and if left unchecked goes into a sweep. Also the Cannon Spike has insane priority. It even beats out Zangief's Lariat while he's doing it.
