Search YouTube for a user named Markapsolon. He has several videos describing how to do this effect (greenscreening).

I filmed it on my own, as well as setup my greenscreen and lighting, etc. However, I did get a tutorial found here on YouTube (not the one by SpicyNachofilms, it was another guy), but I have been doing some green screen for a while now. :)
