In case anyone was wondering, the crash wasn't fatal. The guy shown in the video was a taxi driver. He fail asleep behind the wheel and swerved to the right, hitting a railing and bouncing off to left railing. Thus, causing the car to roll over.

He passed out the can drifted to the right, hit the outer wall/bridge rail and it sent the cab sharp to the left, it went into the center divider/ditch and rolled over.
